Family Forest School Fun *Charity event*

About the Event
Little Forest Feet is collaborating with Join the Dots to run parent toddler Forest School sessions in our beautiful woodland in Weston, Hertfordshire.
The sessions will last for 2 hours and are run by two qualified Forest School Level 3 practitioners. The children are free to explore the space and we encourage them to lead their own learning. There will be areas set up for them to engage in natural messy/sensory play, cosy book areas, plenty of things to climb and places to play. Every session will have a different theme or activity that we will explore.
Forest School benefits children (who attend regularly) in so many ways; greater independence, imagination, improved social and communication skills, physical development, risk management, understanding of the world, the ability to nurture, resilience, confidence and also their physical and mental health. It is also a great space for parents to engage with their children in a calming natural environment and there is nothing better than a warm drink around a campfire at the end!
Our first session on Thursday 8th November will be raising money for The Woodland Trust. They are a fantastic charity that strive to ensure the UK is rich in native woods and trees for people and wildlife to enjoy.
£3 can plant one tree
